Christians know nothing of an ἀπὸ τῶν κρειττόνων ἐπὶ τὰ χείρω μετάνοια MPol 11:1 (Maximus Tyr. 5, 3a εἰ εἰς τὸ χεῖρον ἐκ τοῦ βελτίστου, πονερῶς [sic] μετέθετο=if [a man turns] to the worse from the best, then the change he makes is a bad one).
